Q. WHAT IS THE NEW WORLD OF ISLAM?

A: First of all, when you say New World of Islam, most people are of the impression that we are a new group of folks that sprung up over night. That is not so. We are the original Nation of Islam. If you read the books that are written by our Father (Hon. Mr. Elijah Muhammad, may peace and mercy of Allah be with him) you will find that he always taught us that he was preparing us for Master Fard Muhammad, God in person. And that Master Fard would establish the New World out of those true believers of his Nation of Islam who held fast to his teachings. So the fact is that the New World is the Old Nation of Islam and the Old Nation is the New World of Islam. The only difference is that Master Fard is now teaching and qualifying the true believers of Elijah. Establishing the New World just as our Father promised. We are the Nation Of Islam. We are the children of the Honorable Mr. Elijah Muhammad. It is his light that has prepared us for the meeting with and the acceptance of Allah God, in the person of Master Fard Muhammad.

 

 

Q. WHAT DOES THE NEW WORLD MUSLIMS BELIEVE?

A: We believe in Allah, in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad. That the Original Black Man is the .God and Owner of this planet earth. That the white man is the devil. And that this is the day of judgement.

 

Q. DO YOU NEW WORLD MUSLIMS READ TIIE HOLY QURAN?

A: Yes. We believe in all the Prophets and the Scriptures.  But every prophet had guidance for his time and his people. There are great lessons of wisdom in the Holy Quran for us and we thank Allah for the Prophet Muhammad of 1,400 years ago, may Allah's mercy be with him.  But you must understand that the teachings of the Honorable Mr. Elijah Muhammad are the divine revelations to us, the lost found tribe of Shabazz.  Our Father's books are Holy Bible or Quran to every New World Muslim.

 
 

Q. DO YOU BELIEVE IN A SEPARATE STATE OR NATION HERE IN AMERICA?

A: What the Muslims want and believe can be found in the Holy books of Mr. Elijah Muhammad.  However, we must have some land to call our own, bUt it doesn't have to be in this country, so Allah told me.

 

 

 

Q. THEN WHY DO YOU SPEAK OF BUYING BUSINESSES AND ESTABLISHING SCHOOLS HERE IF YOU HOPE TO SET UP A SEPARATE STATE OR NATION?

A: Because regardless to where we are we must learn to govern ourselves as a nation of people. We must be black and act black. The only way to do this is to set up the institutions to control our Black Selves. Then we can be respected as other race conscious people who are admired because of their community schools, businesses, hospitals and other self help agencies. We will pack up and leave here tomorrow if Master Fard says "Let's Go".  We do not love what this country represents to us.

 

Q. WOULD THE NEW WORLD UNITE WITH AN ENEMY AND FIGHT AGAINST AMERICA?

A: No. We only fight in Holy Wars and only Allah can declare Holy War.

 
 

 

Q. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN THE NEW WORLD OF ISLAM AND THE WORLD COMMUNITY OF ISLAM IN THE WEST, UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF WALLACE D. MUHAMMAD?

A: We are the true believers in Allah in the Person of Master Fard Muhammad and Wallace and his followen are the true hypocrites.

 

 

Q. DO YOU SAY THAT WALLACE IS A HYPOCRITE BECAUSE HE NOW ADMITS WHITES TO JOIN HIS RANKS?

A: No. A hypocrite is one who comes in saying he believes and then turns around and says he disbelieves. Allah and Muhammad never forgives one who turns his back on Allah and his messenger.

 

 

 

Q. WHAT DOES THE NEW WORLD SAY TO WHITE PEOPLE WHO ARE MUSLIMS?

A: The white man is the devil and not a muslim. He must go study and learn to do good deeds and qualify as a believer of Islam and be called a son of the faith, but the white man is the devil.

 
 

 

Q. WE HEAR A LOT ABOUT NEW WORLD MUSLIMS IN PRISONS AND OF THEM COMMI1TlNG SERIOUS CRIMINAL OFFENSES. WHY IS THIS?

A: The history is written. Why did the police kill Jesus and put hls followers in jail?  Allah told me that he will free our Brothers and Sisters from prison. They are in prison because they are Muslims.

 
 

 

Q. IS THERE ANY TRUTH TO THE RUMOR THAT THE NEW WORLD PLANS TO UNITE WITH SOME OF THE MORE MILITANT BLACK ORGANIZATIONS AND TAKE UP ARMS AGAINST AMERICA?

A: No. We are religious, not political. What do we care who is running this country?  We are like a chicken in a den of hungry foxes.  It would be foolish for us to vote for the party to eat us. Those black groups will soon see that Allah is with the Muslims.

 

 

Q. WHY DON'T YOU GO BACK TO AFRICA?

A: Most of the Muslim Nations of the East would accept us Muslims with open arms, but we do not want to be a burden to anyone.  We must first learn to conduct ourselves as a nation of independent pcople.  We are thirty million black people in this country.  We exceed many of the nations of the earth in numbers.  It would be a shame for us to go back home begging for someone to take care of us. We must first learn to do for self.

 
 

 

Q. IF AMERICA IS ATTACKED BY A FOREIGN ENEMY WOULD YOU FIGHT ON TIlE SIDE OF AMERICA?

A: If we are attacked we will fight on our own side.  We are never the aggressor, but when attacked we fight those who fight us.
